Facebook is for shopping?

I don't know how or when this happened but I think it's fabulous! On Kelly's Korner, I saw that she had mentioned purchasing a dress from Riffraff, a boutique in her hometown in Arkansas. Well I investigated and low and behold they update their inventory to Facebook albums! You can purchase the items directly off Facebook by simply commenting what you want under the photo. You just call them up and supply them with your address and credit card information. They then keep it on file, allowing you to simply comment "Run and ship a size _______ please" under the photo of the item you wish to purchase. They keep your information on file, charge your credit card, and ship it from Arkansas right to wherever you may be. They are pretty brilliant!

Chase ordered me these flats from them for Christmas, per a direct request! I can't wait for Spring to wear them!

My sister also introduced me to Smockadot on Facebook. Smockadot is geared towards children and they sell custom kids clothing. They have an online store, but they also do "flash sales" on Facebook. Again, brilliant! On Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays at 9:00 p.m. they post a line of items and they are literally gone in a flash. You can purchase the items through their Facebook app or the mobile links they provide right off Facebook on your phone (that's what I do!) They then send you an invoice and you have 24 hours to pay via paypal. Failure to pay within that time results in your items going back up for grab. Grab is the literal word because Smockadot mommas are waiting and ready at 9 p.m. to fight for these frocks and quantities are limited. When the night is over, the items are gone! Their items are very southern. By that I mean smocked dresses, bubbles, seersucker, and lots on monograms. If that is not your thing then you may not love it as much as I do! The best part is that they are very affordable in terms of these items, which are usually pretty pricey. They add a name or monogram to most any item for $6! I don't know what draws me in most, the cuteness, the prices, or the hype of a flash sale?

Cute things I tell you! I ordered these for Deacon last week for his Easter basket :)
