I miss my shows.

Who else is dying for fall show premieres besides me!?

This weekend with friends I made the comment to Chase, "I wonder when our my shows come back on?" To which he made some really precious comment about hopefully never :) Some of our friends made the comments that they don't watch a lot of TV, to which Chase noted that I am obsessed with TV. 

I don't like to say I am obsessed with TV and every time he says this I argue that I do not because for some reason in my mind I have negative connotations and instantly comparing myself to some lazy, slob, who stays in their pajamas all day, eating Cheetos and watches trash. That's right where I go. I would rather say, I am obsessed with my shows. 

But the truth is I do love TV, and I enjoy it on the couch, preferably in my pajamas and not opposed to a Cheetos snack, so my scary comparison is pretty accurate. My days are brighter when Kathy Lee and Hoda are part of my mornings, it's true. My life seems more together when I get an hour of RHONJ in on Sunday nights. I look forward to Serena and Blair showdowns on Mondays, and casual Emily murders on Wednesdays. And lastly, but certainly not least, I like to cap off my week at Seattle Grace, immediately followed by Private Practice (which now comes on Tuesdays, good work ABC. I now have a show per night) So I said it.

Sometimes I hit and quit it with a show, if you will, but that is rare. I usually get in deep and stay with them for the duration, a clinger, you could say. Lindsey and I stuck by the Housewives for 9 long seasons, through the good and the bad.We are loyal lovers. Revenge is the newest recruit, but it is definitely here to stay.
